Forgot to mention this months back, when I tap my body with my fingers(usually while lying) I would trigger the internal shakes following up my spine and through glute

Terrible case of vertigo all day, went to drawing for 5 hours, I had success that past my expectation, almost got in a crash on the way home. I think this may be because of the whole pizza with hot sauce I had yesterday, internet article said that salt is  aggravating to vertigo sufferers

My symptoms may be due to brain trauma from swimming. I have a habit of whipping my head laterally to rid of water logged in my ears. This habit has gone on for once a week every week for a half year at least. Damage may be occurring cumulatively. First tremor then vertigo. I suppose it's redundant to say that I will not swim anymore.

It's been tough, I still don't have the shakes as bad as when I started but my sense of movement and balance has been consistently rocky. I got some cherry juice to see if that would improve symptoms.

I've been good until after Mother's Day weekend. I had pizza with cheesecake and buffalo wings, lots of gluten and added sugars. BM seemed normal but the shakiness came back chronically. Again, not as bad as it was in the starting month but disturbing. I've had a habit of high fruit breakfast for almost two months now. I'm wondering if that contributes to the shakiness. Loss of balance occurs chronically as well. I must note that I've had dessert days before without much symptoms but Mother's Day was a haymaker on top of a pie and ice cream day I had 48 hours prior. Still no alcohol or caffeine intake, that may be why my symptoms have yet to come back in their initial intensity And of course, I do worry, lots on my mind...

Added sugar and gluten does affect my symptoms- I had a vanilla mini cake yesterday for Easter and I woke up with vibration(tremor) in my back. I felt it the night of as well. It's not as bad as the start of all this but it was there. It may be redundant to say but I did overeat that weekend. I experienced a semblance of the previous jittery movement in my left hand when I work with its fingers.

A little bit of shakiness over the past few days. Nothing like before but noticed. Could be stress
