Woke up clear then experienced slight dizziness within an hour. Had a better time controlling flow of consciousness, it started by looking outside to appreciate a view of the neighborhood at dawn in twilight  Successful BM

Mar 28

Woke up with no shakes and slight dizziness. It's been pretty cold, especially today Had a tough weighted workout, no dizziness this time, I showed good energy and  effort, unable to hold arms perfectly still during the hour afterwards. The shaking is more intense than usual. I laid my cellphone on my chest and that it shook- same rhythm as my arms

Mar 27

I haven't logged since yesterday. To be honest, I haven't been very well exactly. I've had a hard time controlling my thoughts. Dizziness and tremors were low to mild consistently. Depression falls in around the evenings when I stay home, especially on a weekend. I planned to stay at the studio late until I spilled mineral spirits all over my table. I figured this doesn't help my condition so I better come back when the chemical is dissipated This morning I had multiple vivid dreams that stimulated me highly. I woke up with dizziness and nervousness. Successful BM

Mar 25

Woke up with no shake and dizziness. During breakfast I couldn't hold my spoon perfectly still but still enough. My upper body rested rested on my thighs through my elbows while I was eating. My steadiness is better when I sit up Successful BM

Mar 24

Woke up obsessed with ideas. I let them brew all through breakfast. Dizziness is creeping in, nowhere near full effect but noticed Higher mental stress occurred at work. Balance disorder came in at higher intensity. Manageable still. A nervous left arm as well After a slow and controlled yoga session, my balance was near fully restored Went to drawing group and felt a dose of balance disorder. It felt as if I would randomly lose sense of it in my arm, like my control would just slip momentarily while I drew. I drew well- I was able to hold the pencil still onto paper, but I didn't feel competent. Maybe it had something to do with the past awful interaction I had with the model, it was definitely on my mind as I noticed her presence and I suspect it was on hers as well since she made the effort to ignore me years ago

Mar 23

I woke up with no shakes and lingered in bed for a few minutes. As my forearm laid close to my face I began to mind it and see if it has those heartbeat-like shakes. I didn't see it move but it felt the impulse to move, I think if the impulse were stronger I could see my arm move. This thought let in worry/anxiety into my head and immediately I felt light tremor in the right side of my head Successful BM It's 1:54pm and I haven't experienced any dizziness or balance disorder, probably the first day of success in this regard of this magnitude After yoga I worked in my studio. I felt as if my leg muscles would give out on me momentarily

Mar 22

Woke up with no tremors and a stronger arm that last night. I will not watch much tv or any at all. I'll go outside and return home late today Workout was tough today. I get dizzy when it’s strenuous. I always have been now that I think about it, but this is different. My sense of balance goes haywire now Did an intense ab-intensive total body workout today

Mar 21

Hardly any tremors this morning. There was a big breakfast. I'm craving sweet foods. Fruit is great but it isn't really replacing the impression of a bowl of ice cream and cake The weather is getting nicer, I took a walk outside to help with my psychological state. It's a practice I intend on keeping at least until winter The rest of the day ended in a very sedentary way. I did not move much at all. There were tremors as I would've expected, only mild and fading. My left arm seemed to have taken the biggest effect, it felt weak and nervous

Mar 20

Woke up with no shakes. It’s early, I have to meet up an hour away at a park for a morning hike. Had breakfast, no shakes so far. Though, it may be my imagination but I feel that I have a tremor as an after effect from tapping onto my body even at light pressure. If I tap my fingers on my forearm or lap I could I can feel it  drum throughout my body. Like I said it could be just me I went hiking this morning and froze. After 3 hours I made it back to my car to warm up. It took at least 15 min before I could move my fingers again.Went to bed as soon as I made it home. This would make it the first in years- or ever- that I worked out every day of the week I woke up at 4pm and watched television until I fell asleep again. I hardly remember any shaking besides the low and slow pace that sometimes goes through my whole body like a strong heartbeat

Mar 19

Woke up too early with no felt tremors- had to urinate. Stayed in bed, slept for an hour or two longer- woke up with mild tremor in upper body  My left arm and hand felt jittery this morning. It resembled the earlier phase, my hands were a slightly twitchy again when I move them Went swimming and became confused at how much time has passed. I always spot the wall clock then track it in order to swim for 30 min after. I started at what I thought was 11:55am then noticed that it 11:30am later. I can't remember if I started at 11:55am or 10:55am. Regardless I made a mental note to leave when the big hand touches 25 after. It did, and I couldn't believe how fast it was. I was just warmed up so I decided to go 15 minutes after. I haven't noticed much vertigo today so far. Hands are still jittery, I think my anxiety amps this

Mar 18

Woke up with a light tremor in upper body, very low internal vibration Dizziness is still present but consistently far improved than earlier phases. My mood is better probably because I barely Google my symptoms now, eat well and I pray a lot more. I haven't read since my recent improvements after seeing a neurologist. I'll try reading today and see what happens.  Went for a walk in this great weather. Felt tremor in my left leg from the calf up at every step. It felt a bit stiff. Otherwise I felt great Reading was good. Only slight tremor but very manageable. I read for an hour then went work in my studio Went to bed at midnight, felt light tremor in my mouth

Mar 17

I woke up with no little to no tremor and slight vertigo, more weird dreams, feeling angry or agitated I tested my vertigo at tonight’s group drawing session. It’s much better, however I did get consistent and mild internal tremor in my upper body and arms while drawing. I was hesitant to use my fingers to fiddle the graphite. I took a few breaks to hold the pencil in front of me as still as I could- I saw tiny pulsing movements every couple of seconds.

Mar 16

I woke up twice last night, both from nightmares. I think it's needless to say my tremor acted up but not as intense as I would've thought. Otherwise I feel pretty good this morning, there's more energy here. It's hard me to move slowly. Constipation still improved compared to what it was a week ago. Not fully recovered Balance is still much improved than earlier phases, not fully recovered When I set my laptop on my lap I noticed through the monitor's reflecting image that it shakes at a fraction of intensity to a heartbeat-like rhythm Two BMs today!  Tremors are consistently improving

Mar 15

I had solid sleep cycle, my symptoms were really slow to come in this morning. It happens when I start up my computer to work from home. Vertigo has improved significantly, still present most of the time but forgive-able Thinking about what really makes me anxious, I learned yesterday that it really isn't work. I've had a hard day yesterday and I didn't shake much. It was when I relaxed after it lying on my couch when my tremor showed intensively, right after a delicious meal. If it isn't stress from work that is not only null to my tremor/anxiety but perhaps helpful and promoting to my neurological recovery- then why do I want to avoid the stress via work? During weight training I noticed my vertigo increasing during intense physical stress(inclined chest press)

Mar 14

I slept in fetal position. Woke up in regular straight position. Went back to fetal and noticed my symptoms were quiet then I tried lying straight and felt my head and lower back gradually tremor. I relaxed and prayed and the tremor slowed down to a halt. 5.30am I’m walking in my home and noticed tremble only in my left leg when I step onto it. I noticed some femoral/hip pain on that side recently  I saw a neurologist today, he saw that I could use psychiatric service with an MRI just in case. My symptoms were reduced the hour after learning that I may be able to control it

Mar 13

Upper body tremors in back are present while in bed. I woke up with them. They fade in and out repeatedly  My balance improved after reading while bent over on my elbows on a table My upper body tremors do not go away, sitting on my elbows or perhaps swimming may be causing this, my lingering low back pain or something else... I went to church and sang hymns, perhaps that and the relief of my anxiety alleviated my upper body tremor. My ears were plugged too. Not sure if that helps. Either way, I look only to God to end my suffering When I sit inclined in apanasana on my sofa the tremor goes immediately to my low back. When I sit regular it moves to my neck, the frequency quietly lingers for 15 or seconds then fades out then right back again Sitting in this position has quieted tremor the most today- see photos. My balance is restored afterwards as well. Maybe closing my knees to my chest is restorative, I’ll try to sleep in fetal position and see what happens

Mar 12

Woke up with no external shakes, thank God. Internal shakes are present but low, they seem to never go away totally I may have to accept that as a permanent thing. Fewer spasms during bed rest mostly in right thigh My lumbar has some aches I experimented with pillow use and aggravated it in the process. Good news is that I found a good a form and noted it, one under the glute, one under the knee and a small one for the cervical. I noticed my neck tremor comes in much later when I use this form but it seems that no matter how I lie down it will show eventually. Standing seems to be the only remedy with limitation.  My balance disorder came in faster than yesterday while standing Forearms are still sore, I think it comes from workouts I feel tremble in my hands when I use them the feeling stops when I let go of them. I can see tiny rhythmic shakes in my hands when I hold them out. It rhythm is similar to a heartbeat  Tremble in legs during walking, felt in the calf mostly ...

March 11 2022

I woke up with small muscle spasm in neck. It felt less like a tremor and more like a slow pace twitch or slightly above average circulation, back left side. I could feel it while moving and walking. As I stand with my arms raised to type this I feel this activity stopping when I paused finger movement then resume as I type. Shortly after came a similar twitch/pulse in my left mid to lower back. Still, not nearly as intense as yesterday. I noticed there was tension late yesterday in my mid thoracic to cervical, I looked up posture tips and found this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bv6CtwsgPHk  I'll try to keep this in my posture and see what happens soon, it does feel good but i may not look good, whatever I paced back in forth practicing this posture tip, I feel tremor through my arms when I lift them but I noticed my balance has improved significantly, not much lateral swaying An hour plus into this practice and I feel the sway coming in. Noticed ET in neck when I spoke o...

March 10 2022

I woke up with the tremor in my neck gone. I haven't sat down yet. I'm trying to keep slower controlled posture throughout my days, especially in the head, neck, and lower body. Tremors in legs weren't present, balance during walking was solid until I stood for some time. Can't help that much, I have to work. But my neck is still good I'll try hard to preserve that. Fingers in both hands feel slightly twitchy, less than I expected. I did expect them to twitch having exercised holding my body weight on my hands yesterday. I feel that my arms tremor in my shoulder to bicep when setting my elbows down at casual pace but there's no tremor when I set them down slowly. I'm successful at standing as stiff as I can, I can feel tiny rumblings, could be my heartbeat or circulation A few days back I felt nausea, perhaps it was lose of balance, I could feel it whenever I titled my head. I haven't gotten that again, noticed this since yesterday I want to point out t...

Mar 9 2022

Woke up early with tremor on right side of head and neck Et moves to the back of my head toward left side 3 hours have passed, I'm sitting in my chair. the tremor between my head and neck is still present and strong(like a spasm) in the mid left side, i feel like i'm slightly rocking rocking my upper body side to side at rest, not sure if it's intentional or involuntary, it feels related to vertigo Muscle spasms located primarily at my right thigh and secondarily on the left thigh Had breakfast and felt my head tremor suppress or go away, it did appear in leg instead, now as I type this it feels like the head tremor is creeping back in the head When speaking on the phone and walking in a slowly in a circle I noticed that ET moves upwards out of my neck into the back sides of my head behind my ears. It feels like someone vibrating two fingers up and down there Standing while holding a position that flexes my back and spine reduces the tremor Ungulating my torso is a flexe...

March 8 2022

woke up early with paresthesia in the base of the skull and upper back, shortly afterwards I felt tremor from what I believe was my back area(I was droopy), went back to sleep, I can still type well I had what feels like vertigo at rest and went to bed feeling better

Mar 7 2022

Woke up lightheaded with shaky eyesight and thirsty, felt better after standing forearms felt lightly nervous deep inside while operating tools for breakfast, typing has gotten better. I'm not fidgeting with my left hand as much. I'm typing this sentence now. Still feeling light balance My legs trembled during my workout prematurely, it felt harder than I would’ve estimated The tremors in my lower body never stopped occurring, it does break more often and comes in singular pulses rather than a continuous frequency excercised without bending my wrist, did pushups on knuckles

March 6 2022

Experiencing impulses to the eyes. It feels like blood is rushing to them they may be shaking. Shaky eyesight. I checked in the mirror and they didn’t seem to shake Hands seem to be the same as yesterday as yesterday. I can button a shirt

March 5 2022

Feeling the nervousness in my left bicep again I’m typing right now. How is my typing? It is better, much more improvement than yesterday. I can feel a growing nerve in my carpal tunnel I believe that is what it’s called. I’m starting to use my wrist splint now. The more I type the more the twitch comes in. Again, it’s in my left hand mostly. Light tingling in the fingertips, lefthand I can feel my heartbeat in my head when I relax, my balance feels like it wanes when making small movements

March 4 2022

had licorice tea, internet says it helps dopamine in the brain. I don't like it, it won't be a habit, though today's cup tasted better than any other I've ever had I feel tremor in my left bicep going near the armpit, the rhythm seems to reflect my heartbeat I noticed my fingers tremble I intertwined them together in a slow therapeutic fashion. My heart-rate is up and the microjerks are prevalent as i type this, moreso in left fingers primarily in the ring index and thumb followed with a pinch in the left middle finger controlling my breath reduces the jerks left arm tremors when i hold it out in front of me Pinch and shock on my left fingertips while holding still and reading

March 3 2022

I work up feeling no tremors, my head was slightly dizzy when I turned out of bed, this continued at low profile throughout the hour currently i feel no tremors *later it comes, it's at a lower power than previously experienced* I felt microsized jerks in movement of my fingers, particularly left hand, throughout the day, especially when i type and playing video games More twitching during sleep, in the fingers, the leg, forearm followed with a light shock at the thumb tip Compared to recent days I felt less tremor

March 2 2022

3/2/22 Been experiencing resting tremors for the past two days, I feel them when sitting, standing and lying down. Pretty low profile but sometimes considerably noticeable. It may be an off and on occurrence or nonstop with me ignoring it Later that night I had a slow and meditative hour to read, I believe the tremors stopped or were great supressed as much Went to bed right after and felt it again, I kept my body straight and focused on my breath and the tremors were stopped or suppressed, it was a great enough effort to ignore them. But I noticed exactly where it was coming from: my right leg in the glute area. I felt blood circulating there followed by abrupt muscle twitches in the thigh. Following that my thumb and index fingers twitched in a shorter manner but still as abrupt During bed I also felt more movement in my abdomen than usual followed with sounds
