Aborting trigger point therapy using foam rollers and massage balls after exercise, taking more time to decompress with stretching instead.
Abort any high pace activity, anything where quick wide joint movement is needed like running, dancing(I'm going to miss this) and jumping, especially in my neck and back. Try to keep myself from using reflexes like catching falling objects or quickly turning my head to see a surprise. I may try swimming as an outlet for high pace exercise, it's generally safe for anyone at any age and condition.
Aborting coffee- my last cup was Feb 27, replace with high fruit and vegetable diet, gluten free(gluten has proteins that support body tremor), high fat diet(to support nervous system), no added sugar(maybe 2g or 5g here and there), low calorie, Vitamin and mineral supplements (take your Flinstones)
Keep metabolism strong by keeping low weight and reduced caloric intake, constipation is adding to the difficulty of these tremors. I was 5'10" 170lbs, I'm now at mid 160s
Daily concentration to move slow when possible, daily allotment to command all of my body to rest its muscles and be as still as possible especially when sleeping and reading. Use slow fitness training that's low impact like yoga and weight training(slow and controlled always)
Use sleep mask to move blind folded, don't know if this helps but Parkinson's patients have trouble with coordination
Stand while working, only sit to give legs a break from work or lie down inclined/horizontal. No sitting to read, play video games, none of that. Sitting for an hour would only make symptoms worse. Lie down or stand.
Keeping nerve-relieving posture, keep head from leaning forward, pretty much walking like a superhero, I'm using a tip for neck relief here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bv6CtwsgPHk
